Platform: The web-based system operated by Reseller at https://partsdirect24.com, providing catalog data services for automotive parts.
Client API Access: A secured, indirect interface allowing Client to retrieve processed catalog information via Reseller’s systems.
End User: Any user or system accessing Client’s services based on the Platform data.
Access to catalog data sourced from licensed third-party APIs, processed through Reseller’s backend. Clients access this data only via Reseller’s platform, with no access to original APIs or credentials.
Clients may not reverse engineer, replicate, or repackage data; nor access or expose the source API; nor permit third-party proxies or intermediaries.
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right is granted to access and use processed catalog data for Client’s internal business purposes.
All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. PARTSDIRECT24 does not collect, process, or store any credit card information directly at any time.
Reseller aims for 98.5% uptime. Planned maintenance notices are sent 24 hours in advance. No guarantee of uninterrupted service. Internet connectivity is not Reseller’s responsibility.
All platform content and infrastructure are owned by Reseller. No rights to raw source data or third-party APIs are granted.
Client must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) when handling personal or vehicle data.
The Agreement renews monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Termination by Reseller is allowed in case of breach. Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. Client is responsible for verifying data accuracy and fitment. Reseller is not liable for errors in catalog content.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Jurisdiction: Orange County courts.
Legal notices must be sent via email to legal@partsdirect24.com or by certified mail to the Reseller’s registered address.
The use of automated systems — including bots, crawlers, scripts, or any programmatic method of interacting with the platform — is strictly prohibited.
Clients must not implement any form of robotic or batch-based querying. Access must be limited to human interaction through the official web interface or authorized API.
